A great read, written by parishioner Vandy Neis and her son Jay. Follow along from the beginnings of St. Joseph Church and the role it played in developing the early Manchester community.
The book describes the many contributions of its religious leaders and parishioners and the strategic decisions and sacrifices made throughout the years to grow the parish into one of the largest in the St. Louis Archdiocese. The book contains more than 300 photographs and also looks at the many social and fellowship events and organizations that have become an integral part of the parish history, including the annual Sausage Supper and many more.
The book is available for pick up by those who pre-ordered and for sale in the Parish Office during business hours. The cost for this hard bound book is $36. Only cash or checks will be accepted for purchases. This is truly a keepsake you will cherish.
