A great read, written by parishioner Vandy Neis and her son Jay. Follow along from the beginnings of St. Joseph Church and the role it played in developing the early Manchester community.
The book describes the many contributions of its religious leaders and parishioners and the strategic decisions and sacrifices made throughout the years to grow the parish into one of the largest in the St. Louis Archdiocese. The book contains more than 600 photographs and also looks at the many social and fellowship events and organizations that have become an integral part of the parish history, including the annual Sausage Supper and many more.
Helping Hands Needs Help!
We provide lunch for families after funerals and need volunteers to prepare or purchase a salad, casserole or dessert when a funeral luncheon is planned. The families always express their gratitude for this very special ministry during their time of personal loss.
Please contact the parish office for information at (636) 227-5247. Sign up sheets are available in the parish office.
