One of our members has been using their free listing service for
a month or so. Based on regular notices he's receivd, he'd recommend
it as a supplemental search tool. It automatically sends job lead
match-ups that are tied directly to the profile information the
user provides. He's not certain it's fully "effective" but it does
show up on his screen automatically and he can quickly scan information
on jobs of interest.
