New Here?
Welcome to St. Joe’s!

Our vibrant faith community has been an integral part of Manchester, Ballwin and west St. Louis County since 1865.

Among the largest parishes in the Archdiocese of St. Louis, we are comprised of more than 3,000 families and households today—serving each other and sharing our faith through over 80 distinct ministries in worship, education, social outreach, athletics, community and stewardship.

Of course, a parish this large can be a little overwhelming when you first arrive. We hope you’ll take some time to explore all that St. Joe’s has to offer you (and your family.) Chances are, you’ll find it’s a great place to grow in faith and build lasting friendships that feed your spirit.

We invite you to register with the Parish by filling out this form, or by visiting the Parish Office .

These links will help you learn more about our full-time school ; our pre-school ; our Parish School of Religion (PSR) program; and the St. Joe Youth Ministry . We also offer Christian Initiation programs for those who want to know more about becoming Catholic.

Parish-sponsored ACTS Retreats are a great way to meet new people at St. Joe’s, while deepening your own relationship with the Lord. There are weekend retreats offered for both women and men in the spring and fall each year.

But wait: There’s more! Parishioners of all ages can enjoy opportunities for Faith Formation ; Social Outreach ; Continuing Education ; Youth Sports ; and Adult Athletics.

And if you’re not sure exactly where you might fit in, check out the regularly-scheduled StrengthsFinders workshops at St. Joe’s – to learn more about how to put your God-given talents to work in our community.

Of course, our priests and staff are here to assist you and welcome you – so please feel free to introduce yourself after Mass. We are glad you’re here!
