VBS Volunteers

We need lots of volunteers to make our VBS week a success! We need adult and youth (7th grade and up) volunteers to work all week! Please click here if you are interested in helping!

  VBS FEE (9:00am-12:00pm)
  $50 per week per child
  
  EXTENDED VBS FEE (12:00pm-5:00pm)
  $25 a day per child.. VBS fee still apply.
  
  SUMMER CAMP FEE (9:00am-3:00pm -- includes extended hours from 7:00am-9:00am and 3:00pm-6:00pm)
  $190 per week per child
  
  **After filling out and submitting your family information please remember to complete STEP 2 - Payment! VBS Payment must be made separatelly. To reserve your chosen weeks of Summer Camp, you must submit payment for at least the first week of camp. Payment for subsequent weeks is due TWO weeks before the start of that camp.

  I give my permission for the VBS and Summer Camp staff to administer basic first aid to my child(ren) in the enent of an injury. I understand that VBS and Summer Camp staff will contact emergency services in the event of a significant injury and all exenses for such emergency services will be paid by me.

- Water Slide/Bounce Obstacle Course Activity Release—
  
  By marking the Media Release option on this VBS registration, I/we authorize that my child/ren, listed on this registration form, as a participant in Vacation Bible School (hereafter VBS) are allowed to participate fully in this VBS activity. I/we understand that St Joseph parish will allow full participation by my child/ren in this Water Slide/Bounce Obstacle Course activity because of my release on this registration. I/we understand that my child/ren will be expected to participate as instructed for safety by the VBS volunteers during this activity. If my child/ren do not participate as instructed by VBS volunteers then they will not be allowed to continue to participate in the Water Slide/Bounce Obstacle Course activity.

  By marking the Media Release option on this VBS registration, I/we authorize that photographic images, video images or audio recordings can be taken of my child/ren, listed above on this registration form, as a participant in Vacation Bible School (hereafter VBS). These photographic images, video images and/or audio recordings for use within the parish and VBS in regards to publicizing or promoting VBS within the parish community. St Joseph parish is not authorized to sell or otherwise distribute these images or recordings to any other person or entity without my/our consent. I/we understand that St Joseph parish may associate the images or recordings with the first name only of the individual and the name of St Joseph parish or school.
